Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor at Buxted Park Hotel. You will oversee dining areas, bars and service spaces, ensuring highest standards and a memorable guest experience, with a focus on service excellence and consistency.

This full-time, 40-hour week role includes a starting rate of £14.30 per hour plus a service charge, with weekend rota and opportunities for development within our luxury country house collection.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience in a supervisory role, with the confidence to lead and inspire a team while also working independently in a fast-paced, busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining areas, bars, and service spaces to ensure highest standards and exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the successful delivery of private functions, events, and group bookings.
