Job summary

The BoTree on-site Finance Assistant role supports the hotel’s day-to-day financial operations, reporting and controls. You will assist with invoicing, payments and documentation while collaborating with the Finance team and other departments.

We value organised, numerically confident individuals who can manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance, accounts or administrative role.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills, including Excel, with ability to learn Finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks.
• Process invoices, payments, and purchase documentation.
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end activities as required.
• Maintain accurate records within Finance systems and files.
