Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting an Estates & Facilities Manager for a premier hotel property in Leicestershire. You will lead the grounds and maintenance teams, ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest standards and compliant with health and safety regulations.

You will drive efficiency, oversee budgets, and deliver projects that enhance guest experience across 70 acres of grounds and waterside assets.

Qualifications

• Experienced estates, facilities, property, engineering, or maintenance professional.
• Strong guest experience focus and leadership of multi discipline teams.
• Ideally experience in hotel or resort environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Grounds and Maintenance teams; manage day-to-day estate operations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across buildings, grounds, utilities and external spaces.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of buildings, facilities, grounds and landscapes.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise disruption to guests.
• Keep accurate records of permits, licences, inspections, risk assessments and compliance docs.
• Manage maintenance and facilities budgets; monitor expenditure and seek cost savings without compromising quality.
• Identify and plan capital expenditure to enhance property and guest experience.
• Lead special projects and improvement initiatives from concept to completion.
