Qualifications

• Previous experience in leading and developing teams.
• Experience planning annual schedules of work for grounds and machinery maintenance.
• Relevant qualifications in Horticulture, Landscape or Estate Management and Health & Safety.
• Budgeting and procurement experience.
• Understanding of health and safety and environmental legislation.
• Awareness of machinery maintenance and sustainability practices.
