Job summary

Valor Hospitality is hiring Bar Attendants at Seaton House, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service across the hotel’s bar, restaurant, wine cellar and terrace, ensuring guests have a memorable dining and leisure experience.

You will join a team dedicated to high standards, working 40 hours per week across five days, with shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of Bar areas and ensure health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or complaints.
• Support Bar team with setup, clearing tables, restocking supplies and inventory.
• Assist in coordination and execution of events and functions.
