Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to VIPs and UHNWIs in a luxury automotive environment
• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Assist with check-in process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients
• Escort clients to designated areas and provide relevant information about the facility
• Engage in conversations with clients, building rapport and creating a positive atmosphere
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with administrative tasks, including managing reservations and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with various departments to coordinate services and ensure a smooth flow of operations
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by supporting colleagues as needed

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front of House, or Host, preferably in a luxury setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
