Job summary

Hunter Dunning Limited in London is seeking a Project Manager to support delivery of international luxury hotel interior and architectural projects. You will work with project management, design teams, consultants and contractors in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Applicants should have 3+ years’ experience in high-end hospitality or related sectors, with proficiency in Excel and MS Project. Hybrid working applies after probation with health and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant project management qualification
• 3+ years of demonstrable project management experience
• High-end hospitality or comparable design-led experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project or equivalent
• Strong organisation, accuracy and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Manage projects against client requirements, quality standards and timelines
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
• Prepare commercial and project management documentation throughout delivery
• Manage variation orders, pricing and additional fee proposals
• Maintain programmes, resources, reports and monthly billing information
