The successful candidate will have access to full support and training from the current team, a variety of marketing and prospecting tools, and a strong network of neighbouring Fine and Country colleagues for collaboration.

Skills and Experience

• Highly motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
• Minimum of 4 years estate agency experience or a related role working with high-end clients.
• Well networked within the local community.
• Experience as a valuer is desired but not essential.
• Car owner with a full driving license, insured for business use.
