Job summary

Montcalm Collection in London is seeking a Guest Service Executive to deliver personalised, attentive service across the guest journey. You will support the Guest Experience Manager and Front Office, resolving requests and maintaining luxury standards in every interaction.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury hotel front office or guest relations, strong communication skills, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in front office, guest relations or customer service in a luxury hotel.
Proficiency in Opera PMS.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in/check-out.
Process guest payments, deposits and billing accurately.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions and amenities.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
Maintain guest records and documentation in PMS systems.
Support VIP and special guest requirements for personalised experiences.
Handle complaints empathetically and escalate when needed.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
Maintain a visible presence in guest areas and ensure reception is well presented.
