The Berkeley is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join its luxury team. You will be a standout communicator and a team player with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and upselling opportunities.

You will interact with guests across services and collaborate with departments to maintain service excellence and brand standards in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience as Receptionist in a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to interact with guests to ensure a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and accommodating service to all guests in line with SOPs.
• Perform check-in and check-out with a professional, helpful and friendly attitude.
• Actively promote hotel services and facilities and upsell current promotions.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure good communication and support.
• Monitor room allocations and process invoices upon check-out.
• Maintain high service levels and comply with LQA standards at all times.
