Job summary

RH is seeking an Associate Gallery Leader to drive luxury client experiences and lead a cross‑functional team in our design galleries. You will coach, empower, and align operations with RH's vision of elevated taste.

This role requires 7+ years of leadership in luxury retail and exceptional organisational skills to manage a high‑performing team. You will mentor staff, recruit talent, and ensure top-tier service while upholding the RH design aesthetic across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high‑end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Superior organisation and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others.
• Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strategic and mental agility.
