Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales associates and stylists within your department.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client receives a personalised and memorable experience.
  • Achieve and exceed department sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, in line with luxury brand guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, creating loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
  • Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver on strategic goals.
  • Stay up to date with fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
