Battersea Academy for Skills & Employment (BASE) C.I.C. is seeking full-time Style Advisors to join our retail team at the Battersea Power Station store.

You will act as the face of the brand, delivering a first-class client experience and presenting styling options with confidence. We are looking for strong communicators who can build relationships through a personal approach and maintain a high standard of dress and professional presentation.

Formación

• 2-3 years’ experience in fashion, art, or hospitality with a proven track record in delivering a world class one-on-one client experience.
• Fashion expert with advanced knowledge of the industry.
• Natural presence and hosting ability with inspirational and charismatic character.
• Strong work ethic, personal drive, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, assist, and sell in a professional, consultative manner. Deliver a first-class client experience.
• Host clients in line with hospitality guidelines and techniques.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop local and international client base and build your client network.
