Job summary

Echo Studios is seeking a Senior Fabrication Production Manager to lead the creation of luxury retail displays, fixtures and bespoke brand elements. You will oversee joinery, acrylic, metal and finishing work to meet exacting brand standards and on-time installations.

In this role you will manage skilled workshop teams, coordinate with Design and Project Management, and uphold safety and sustainability while driving zero-defect, first-time quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing fabrication or production teams in luxury retail, cosmetics, or fashion environments.
• Exceptional understanding of premium materials, finishes and detailing with sustainability focus.
• Experience delivering projects to fixed retail launch dates.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fabrication activity for high-end retail fixtures, counters, gondolas, plinths, displays, and bespoke brand elements.
• Deliver premium finishes suitable for luxury store environments.
• Plan and control multiple projects with fixed launch and install deadlines.
• Ensure items arrive on site in perfect condition.
