Ark Recruitment in London is seeking an Events Coordinator to join a leading luxury floristry and event design business. Based on site in Battersea, you will manage premium events from enquiry to delivery, collaborating with the Head of Events and creative team to ensure flawless execution.

The role requires a floristry background (3 years+), strong client relationships and budgeting, with a salary of £35k-£40k plus bonus and overtime.

Qualifications

• Floristry background is essential.
• Experience in luxury events or weddings is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage events from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, venues and suppliers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, project timelines and budgets.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate suppliers, transport, venue access and installation schedules.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Manage onsite installations and event delivery.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM records.
• Work closely with the creative and operations teams to deliver outstanding events.
