The role involves venue sourcing, supplier management, budgeting, and collaborating with marketing, legal and finance to stay on brand while travelling across Europe, the US and Asia.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client or VIC events for luxury brands or similar high‑end environments.
• Polished, discreet and comfortable with high‑net-worth guests.
• Strong network of venues and suppliers in London and key cities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver intimate client events including dinners, lunches, receptions and seminars.
• Source venues, manage suppliers, catering, styling, production and on‑site delivery.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and seating with client teams.
• Curate brand partnerships, co‑hosted events, VIP gifting and custom merchandise.
• Negotiate with suppliers, manage budgets and monitor spend.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, legal and finance to ensure on‑brand compliance.
• Travel regularly to deliver events across Europe, the US and Asia.
