Job summary

Talentshed in Rickmansworth is seeking an experienced Dispensing Optician to join a premium boutique practice opening at the end of September. You will dispense luxury frame collections and Zeiss optics with full autonomy outside the test room.

Offering a competitive salary (£32,000–£35,000 for experienced DO), excellent work‑life balance with Wednesdays and Sundays off, and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dispensing Optician is required.
• Experience with luxury frames and Zeiss optics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and manage eyewear outside the test room.
• Deliver a high-touch patient experience in a premium boutique setting.
• Support the opening of a brand-new practice with excellent patient care.
