What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Luxury Customer Accounts Executive to join our team.

This role offers a chance to immerse yourself in the luxury world and help grow an internationally ambitious brand. You should be a calm and helpful individual who enjoys engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds.

You will work in a small team and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with sellers through your personal network and events to drive business.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and business.
  • Meet and greet clients to assess and collect their luxury items.
  • Build and develop relationships with industry stakeholders such as stylists, shoppers, high-volume sellers, and boutiques.
  • Enhance existing relationships to encourage referrals.
  • Sell across all categories of luxury fashion.
Skills and qualities required:
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • An extensive network of potential clients capable of immediate conversion or capable of creating new opportunities through their networks.
  • Over 4+ years of professional experience in luxury retail, merchandising, or personal styling with a strong interest in luxury and fashion.
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent our brand values effectively to notable clients.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
  • Patience, empathy, and composure in challenging situations.
  • Resilience and openness to feedback.
  • Meticulous with high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work hard to maintain standards and achieve results.
