Job summary

Navigator in London is seeking a Content Creator to join our luxury travel and lifestyle agency. The role is hybrid (three days in the office) and supports the creative team across social, editorial and digital content, crafting engaging copy and social-first assets for global audiences.

You will collaborate with strategists, designers and client teams to plan, create and optimise content while maintaining brand tone and performance goals. Minimum 2 years in content roles is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a content, editorial, social media or digital marketing role.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Interest in AI and digital trends.
• Ability to adapt tone of voice across luxury brands.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Content creation & execution: develop social-first content including short-form video, static posts, stories and reels.
• Write engaging copy for newsletters, blogs, social captions and campaigns.
• Adapt tone of voice across multiple luxury brands and platforms.
• Support content planning, scheduling and publishing across channels.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and account teams to align with campaign objectives.
• Contribute ideas reflecting current social and digital trends.
• Ensure content calendars and campaigns meet deadlines.
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
• Iterate creatively based on insights and audience feedback.
