Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business administration or equivalent field preferred.
• At least 1+ years’ related work experience.
• Previous financial experience in professional/financial services or debt collection preferred.
• Excellent client service skills with attentive listening and patience.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and client outputs (invoices, statements, terms letters) with the client experience team.
• Manage no-bid clients and escalate as needed to ensure swift client communication.
• Reconcile information to invoice sales and avoid post-sale reinvoicing.
• Escalate extended payment term requests within governance thresholds with the business manager.
• Close a sale financially by collecting outstanding debt and coordinating with operations for shipments after payment.
• Coordinate with payments, legal, compliance, tax, and finance to resolve buyer payment issues and AML compliance.
• Monitor chargebacks and payment reports (Adyen, Stripe) and reconcile payments.
• Support client account activity regionally and globally while maintaining SLAs.
• Assist in due diligence collection and other compliance-related activities.
