Qualifications

• 1+ years’ related work experience in finance or client services.
• Degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with debt collection in international luxury business.
• Excellent client service with active listening and empathy.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing billing and issuing client outputs (invoices, statements, terms letters) in coordination with the Client Experience coordinator and shipping lead.
• Managing no bid clients and escape requests to ensure swift decisions and communication.
• Working with the bids office to reconcile information to invoice the sale and avoid after-sale reinvoicing.
• Escalating extended payment term requests per governance thresholds and ensuring documentation is obtained.
• Proactively close a sale financially: collect and manage outstanding client debt and coordinate with client service operations to facilitate collections or shipments after payment.
• Collaborating with payments team, legal, compliance, tax and wider finance to resolve escalated issues related to buyer payments.
• Collaborating with client service operations to maintain high service delivery and support buyer NPS feedback.
• Providing ad hoc support to Client Accounts Receivable Managers.
