Aspinal of London, the iconic British luxury lifestyle brand, is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Temporary Customer Services Advisors to join our team at our Head Office in Fernhurst, West Sussex. You will be at the heart of the Aspinal experience, helping customers with their Christmas purchases and ensuring exceptional service during our busiest season.

First point of customer contact over phone and email.
Acting as a brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring that every interaction on our calls and emails exceeds our customers' expectations.

Owning the customer journey from order through to delivery and aftercare.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
