Cinnamon Care Collection's Merriman Grange in Worthing is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Supervisor. You will lead food service, oversee operations, and ensure residents enjoy high standards of catering, cleanliness and customer care.

The role requires a background in hotel or catering management, budget control, purchasing, and strong communication with residents, families and staff. A full-time, on-site position with company benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or catering management.
• Knowledge of budget control and purchasing.
• Auditing of environment, food preparation and presentation.
• Strong communication skills with team, residents and family members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and manage the home's budgets and use of nominated suppliers.
• Recruit, train and manage all team members in conjunction with the General Manager.
• Ensure catering service meets high standards of presentation and value.
• Monitor and support dining areas at meal times.
• Attend evening and weekend functions to provide quality service to residents and guests.
• Ensure the whole home team are trained and customer service standards are met.
