Job summary

Sandown Mercedes-Benz in Poole is seeking a Sales Executive with a passion for sales and excellent face-to-face customer care. You will engage customers via the Mercedes-Benz showroom and generate leads through telephone and written contact.

The role targets top performers in motor sales, with weekend work on a rota basis and a 41-hour week. A competitive salary package and a company car are included. You must hold a full driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or motor trade preferred.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrate selling ability at interview.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle via the Mercedes-Benz showroom.
• Generate sales leads by contacting interested parties by phone and in writing.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and present the Mercedes-Benz range.
• Advise visitors on price, equipment, data and other information.
• Evaluate trade-ins and appraise customers' vehicles.
• Arrange test drives and assess results.
• Participate in sales events.
• Maintain professional vehicle presentation in the showroom.
