As a brand ambassador, you’ll keep the boutique looking luxurious, manage the register, handle deliveries, and contribute to in-store storytelling that turns shoppers into devoted Rituals members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience by greeting customers with tea and guiding product picks.
• Hit sales targets by storytelling and increasing member sign-ups.
• Handle retail essentials: operate the register, receive deliveries, and keep the boutique stocked.
• Be a brand ambassador, maintaining the Rituals look and beautiful displays.
