About the role

We are seeking Luxury Brand Ambassadors for our Creed counter at Selfridges Trafford Centre. These part-time roles are ideal for individuals passionate about luxury, eager to make a difference, and interested in shaping the future of our brand.

Purpose of the role

As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will uphold the brand's prestige and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your main goal is to share your knowledge and passion for our products, drive sales, and maintain top standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our fragrances, ingredients, and heritage to engage customers effectively and boost sales.
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive engagement and compelling storytelling about our products.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to create memorable experiences and foster loyalty.
  • Visual Presentation: Maintain our retail space's luxury image through impeccable visual merchandising.
