Job summary

The House of Creed is seeking a Luxury Brand Ambassador for our Creed counter at John Lewis, Stratford, Westfield. This part-time role is 15 hours per week across two days, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.

You will deepen product knowledge, engage customers with storytelling, and drive sales while maintaining pristine visual merchandising and the brand's prestigious standards at the counter.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury brands and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Interest in fragrance or beauty products is a plus.
• Part-time role: 2 days, 15 hours per week at Creed counter in John Lewis Stratford Westfield.

About the role

We are seeking for a Luxury Brand Ambassador for our Creed counter in John Lewis, Stratford, Westfield, with a passion for luxury, the drive to make a difference and the desire to shape the future of our business. This is a part-time role 2 days, 15 hours per week.

Purpose of the role

As a Luxury Brand Ambassador for the House of Creed, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's prestige and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.

Customer Service :

Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.

Visual Presentation:

Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
