Job summary

Puig in London is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for the Dr Barbara Sturm team at Harrods. The role involves supporting management, stepping in for the Store Manager when required, and driving sales while upholding premium standards across service, merchandising and operations.

You will lead a motivated team, develop Brand Ambassadors, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a flagship luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a niche fragrance, beauty or luxury environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong client focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail and multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team and cover store leadership in the Manager’s absence.
• Drive sales objectives while maintaining high operational and merchandising standards.
• Build and motivate a high-performing team and develop Brand Ambassadors.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and brand representation at all times.
• Support daily store operations, inventory and visual merchandising to brand guidelines.
