Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Stock Specialist for the H beauty Chester Stock Operations to ensure efficient processing of deliveries and proper stock storage to Harrods standards. You will work alongside the Sales Manager and Retail team to support stock-related tasks and maintain accuracy across daily audits and price changes.

The role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and excellent literacy/numeracy, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with SAP functionalities (desirable).
• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries and ensure stock is stored to Harrods standards.
• Carry out daily stock audits and action price changes/markdowns.
• Assist Sales Manager and Retail team in stock-related tasks.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines in all stock operations.
• Monitor stock take and support sales preparation.
