Job summary

Boots is seeking a Beauty Specialist to be the go-to expert across skincare, makeup and haircare. You’ll help customers find products that genuinely work and create feel-good moments in our Beauty Halls.

Based in one of our stores, you’ll train across premium brands, work with a collaborative team and strive to hit sales targets without individual commission. A product allowance and ongoing brand training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• A real passion for beauty, skincare, haircare and helping people feel their best.
• Confident to approach customers, start conversations and build connections.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate clearly and understand people’s needs.
• Curiosity and a proactive attitude to learning new techniques and products.

Responsibilities

• Work across all premium and luxury brands, offering unbiased recommendations
• Meet sales targets as part of a supportive team (no commission pressure here!)
• Create standout customer experiences through natural, confident conversations
• Bring new products, offers and launches to life in-store
• Keep the beauty hall and counters looking their best - clean, stocked and ready to explore
• Build expertise through hands-on brand training, online learning and events
• Get involved in social content, in-store events and campaigns
