Job summary

Boots is seeking a Beauty Specialist to be the go-to expert across skincare, makeup and haircare. You’ll greet customers, understand their needs and guide them to products that genuinely work for them, in our Beauty Halls across selected London locations.

You’ll work with premium brands, aim to meet sales targets with a collaborative team, and enjoy a generous product allowance to try premium products yourself. This role focuses on creating feel-good moments and trusted advice.

Qualifications

• A real passion for beauty and helping people feel their best.
• Confident to approach customers and start conversations.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Curiosity and proactive attitude to learn new techniques and products.
• Experience in beauty retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work across all premium and luxury brands, offering unbiased recommendations.
• Meet sales targets as part of a supportive team (no commission pressure here!).
• Create standout customer experiences through natural, confident conversations.
• Bring new products, offers and launches to life in-store.
• Keep the beauty hall and counters looking their best - clean, stocked and ready to explore.
