Job summary

Guerlain is seeking a part-time Beauty Consultant at Fenwick, Colchester. You will act as a brand ambassador delivering personalised luxury service while proactively selling Guerlain products and achieving sales targets on the counter.

You will build relationships with clients, demonstrate products, educate customers about the brand, and support stock and counter operations to maintain premium standards.

Qualifications

Pro-active selling of Guerlain products with luxury service.
Knowledge of Guerlain products to propose personalised recommendations.
Ability to engage customers and link-sell across product categories.

Responsibilities

To pro-actively sell Guerlain products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager
To pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase ATV and ATU
To be knowledgeable on all Guerlain products and propose personalised products
Demonstrate products on clients and explain benefits
To initiate contact with customers and welcome them on counter
To develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty
To educate clients on Guerlain products and the brand
To monitor stock levels and conduct operational tasks
To be a Guerlain brand ambassador at all times
