University Arms in Cambridge is seeking a Bartender/Server for Parker’s Tavern to deliver attentive service behind the bar and on the floor. You will craft premium beverages with expertise while providing elegant table service to guests, reflecting luxury standards and a polished presence.

The role requires versatility, confidence, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences, with full-time or part-time hours available in a busy five-star setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in all aspects of spirits, cocktail creation and mixology.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Face of guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Craft cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits with flair.
• Provide warm, knowledgeable service and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar and support bar-floor teamwork.
