Job summary

Kimpton Fitzroy London is seeking an experienced Bars Manager to lead multiple luxury bar outlets in a historic Bloomsbury hotel. You will drive guest experiences, create standout beverage programs and mentor high-performing teams to achieve service excellence and commercial success.

You will oversee Fitz’s bar, the Parlour, Summer Terrace, Lobby and Snug, shaping menus and training while collaborating with Events, Kitchen and FoH to deliver premium experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a multi-outlet leadership role in luxury bars or hotels.
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, trends, spirits and menu development.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire bar teams.
• Experience delivering service excellence and structured teams.
• Familiarity with Forbes or LQA standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all outlets (Fitz’s bar, Parlour, Summer Terrace, Lobby and Snug)
• Build and lead high-performing bar teams with a growth mindset
• Lead creative drink development and seasonal menus to reflect venue style
• Drive service standards, training and upskilling of the bar team
• Collaborate with Events, Kitchen and Front of House for premium guest experiences
• Manage budgets, cost control and P&L balancing creativity with profitability
• Grow industry network and attract top talent through active outreach
