We have an exciting opportunity for a Luxury Assistant Sales Manager at our prestigious Exeter Gallery. We’re looking for a proactive, sales-driven individual who excels in customer service and exceeding sales targets. You’ll inspire and develop the team to surpass their goals, lead by example, and support the Gallery Manager, whilst building and nurturing new customer relationships, showcasing exceptional art from renowned artists like Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp.
You will champion new releases, events, and exhibitions to strengthen client relationships and drive sales. Also, in conjunction with the Gallery Manager, you will manage all operations of the gallery on a day-to-day basis. If you’re ready for a rewarding opportunity to motivate others and lead with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
This role also entails moderate physical duties on a daily basis. We need you to be able to handle such tasks whilst working.
Since opening our first gallery over 25 years ago, Castle Fine Art has become the UK’s market leading publisher and retailer of original and limited-edition art. As the industry's leading art retailer, with a network of galleries across the UK, we remain as committed as ever to our motto, ‘Your world, our art’.
We are still owner-managed and although we are a national retailer, we work hard to be informal and keep ‘family-feel’ to business. We work with some of the biggest names in art but know we could not be the successful business we have become without the passion, commitment and skill of our team. That is why we invest heavily in our people, offer great opportunities for further training and development as well as a valuable benefits package.
