L'Oréal Luxe seeks engaging Beauty Advisors to deliver a premium One Luxe experience in-store, providing personalized product guidance and storytelling that connects customers with heritage brands. You will embody brand excellence, stay trend-forward and help shape memorable in-store experiences across counter spaces.

Qualifications

Experience in beauty retail or premium cosmetics is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and create premium customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver the One Luxe service model with a premium, personalized experience.
Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling to drive sales.
Act as a L'Oréal Luxe ambassador with high standards of service and merchandising.
Stay abreast of makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to offer expert advice.
Achieve individual and counter sales targets and build client relationships.
Promote in-store events, activations and digital engagement.
