Responsibilities

• Deliver premium, personalized One Luxe experiences to every customer.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling about brand heritage.
• Act as a L'Oréal Luxe ambassador with high service and merchandising standards.
• Stay ahead of makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to advise customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets.
• Build authentic client relationships in-store and online.
• Promote in-store events, activations, and promotions.
• Create engaging experiences and events to drive interest.
• Advocate for the brands on social media per guidelines.
• Participate in team training and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Complete daily/weekly administrative tasks on designated platforms.
• Maintain counter hygiene, cleanliness and organization.
