Job summary

The Ritz London is seeking a dynamic Rooms Reservations Agent to join our Reservations Department. You will be the first contact for guests, delivering a seamless, bespoke booking journey from enquiry to front door arrival.

The successful candidate will work with a team to respond promptly to enquiries and ensure all guest needs are met, including evenings and weekends in an office setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Team player with good relationship-building abilities.
• Polite and professional attitude to guests.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and create a seamless, bespoke booking experience.
• Respond to reservation enquiries accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the Reservations team to manage upcoming bookings.
• Diligently ensure all guest requirements are met, including special requests.
• Work in an office setting, including evenings and weekends.
