Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven pastry experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Ability to lead and train a pastry team under pressure.
• Strong focus on flavour, presentation and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pastry preparation and service for the restaurant.
• Collaborate with Corporate Pastry Chef on recipes and menus.
• Train junior chefs and ensure accurate recipes and costs.
• Maintain allergen information and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock, orders and waste reduction.
