The Connaught, part of the Maybourne Hotel Group, in Mayfair, is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Pastry Kitchen. You will work with the finest ingredients and support daily operations to deliver exceptional desserts.

This full-time role requires passion for patisserie, an eye for detail, and strong teamwork in a luxury dining environment. You will prepare and plate high-end pastries and desserts, contributing to a renowned 5-star experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry, preferably at a similar level in a quality dining environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a high-profile kitchen.
• Calm, composed presence with eye for thoughtful detail.
