Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Wiltshire is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our friendly team. You will support day-to-day maintenance across the hotel, spa, golf facilities and resort, ensuring safety, compliance and a welcoming environment for guests.

We value hands-on maintenance skills and a proactive approach, with weekend rota availability and the ability to work independently or with colleagues to keep all areas running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Assistant or Maintenance Operative in hospitality settings.
• Good all‑round maintenance skills including basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across hotel, spa and golf resort.
• Undertake general repairs and upkeep of buildings, plant, equipment and fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance requests from operational departments and ensure safety and compliance.
