Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Beauty Specialist to deliver expert advice across skincare, makeup and haircare within busy Beauty Halls. You will guide customers to products that suit their needs, join a supportive team, and enjoy a generous product allowance and employee benefits.

The role focuses on creating feel-good moments and building trust with every customer. Based in a Boots Beauty Hall, you’ll train across premium brands, meet sales targets, and participate in in-store events and launches.

Responsibilities

• Work across premium and luxury brands, offering unbiased recommendations.
• Meet sales targets as part of a supportive team (no commission pressure).
• Create standout customer experiences through natural, confident conversations.
• Introduce new products, offers and launches in-store.
• Keep the beauty hall and counters well-presented, stocked and ready.
• Develop expertise through brand training and online/ in-person events.
