A healthcare provider in the UK seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for a lung screening service. The role involves providing specialist knowledge, ensuring patient advocacy, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team. Initially, to support the lead assessor nurse working with lead clinicians, program manager and other key stakeholders to establish standard operating procedures, policies and processes to support the effective delivery of the new lung screening service. The core duties of the role are:
To reach this goal, we are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide a holistic assessment of patients and their families using clinical judgment, specialist knowledge, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The nurse will also represent the views and act as an advocate for patients during the screening process.
We have both full-time and part-time (18.75 hours per week) positions available. You MUST hold a valid UK NMC pin for this role. PRN and non-NMC pins cannot be accepted, and unfortunately, your application will not be shortlisted.
