• Manage a caseload of patients with suspected or confirmed lung cancer, providing specialist advice, support and care coordination throughout the cancer pathway.
• Undertake holistic assessments and develop personalised care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Act as a key worker for patients and families, ensuring seamless, high-quality support and treatment.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement and the delivery of excellent cancer care.
