What is the job role?

St Andrew's is a popular two-form entry infant school situated in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Coventry. Our pupils are happy, enthusiastic, and well-behaved learners who make our school a fantastic place to be. St Andrew's is looking to appoint a kind, patient and enthusiastic

person who enjoys working as part of a team.

Work Pattern

7.5 hours per week. 11.50am - 1.20pm

38 weeks term time only

Who are we looking for?

We are looking to appoint an effective team player who:

works well as part of a team.

is able to communicate effectively with young children.

has a calm, fair and consistent approach when responding to children's needs.

can support children in their play, friendships and development of their social skills.

is committed to the safeguarding of children.

is reliable, punctual and able to meet the physical demands required of this role (e.g. putting out/away tables and chairs, sweeping up and being outdoors all year round).
