Job summary

Lonsdale School is seeking a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to help create a safe, orderly and positive dining environment for pupils.

You will work under the Headteacher’s directions, prepare the dining area, support pupils during lunch, assist with personal care as needed, promote social interaction and uphold health and safety guidelines. Hours: Mon-Thu 12:00–14:00, Fri 11:30–13:30.

Qualifications

• Preparing the dining area.
• Offering individual support during lunch in line with training and school procedures.
• Meeting pupils’ personal care needs as required.
• Promoting appropriate social and learning opportunities and supporting purposeful play activities.
• Health and safety must be consistently observed; flexibly undertaking duties as directed by the Headteacher.
