Job summary

Perton Middle School is seeking two part-time Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants to supervise pupils during lunch breaks to ensure a safe and supportive environment. The role is term-time only, 6 hours per week, graded at 2, spinal point 4 (pro rata £25,185).

You should be physically fit, able to interact with all pupils, and encourage inclusion. Experience working with children and good teamwork are essential, with a caring approach to emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children and managing behaviour.
• Ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with children and staff.
• A caring nature, able to support the emotional wellbeing of children.

Responsibilities
