Overview

The governing body, staff and pupils at Bryncoch Church In Wales Primary School wish to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to be responsible individually, and as a member of a team, during the school’s lunchtime break, for securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils, in accordance with the practices and procedures of the School / Local Authority.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise children in the dining hall, playground and inside the school building during lunchtime (including wet weather).
  • Assist children with their lunch and engage them in playground and indoor games in a happy, caring and nurturing environment.
  • Maintain good communication with children, listen and talk with them to support a positive lunchtime experience.
