Job summary

St Agatha's Catholic Primary School in Kingston Upon Thames is seeking a lunchtime supervisor. The role is term-time only, fixed-term for 1 year, with hours 12:15–13:30, Monday to Friday. Salary scale point 3 £4,401 per annum (FTE £29,561).

The successful candidate will supervise and support children in the lunch hall and playground and help prepare/clear the hall at lunchtime. Applicants must share the commitment to safeguarding and consent to DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with children in a calm, supportive manner.
• Good communication and teamwork with school staff.
• Willingness to work 12:15–13:30 daily during term time.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, caring for and supporting children in the lunch hall and playground.
• Preparing the hall for lunch and cleaning up during and after lunch.
