Job summary

Two Gates Primary School (ATLP) in Tamworth is seeking a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, helping ensure lunchtime is safe, positive and enjoyable for all.

Working with a supportive team, you will promote good behaviour, assist with minor first aid, and contribute to a calm, inclusive lunchtime atmosphere that supports pupils’ wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with children and can build positive relationships.
• Be reliable, patient and approachable.
• Can work effectively as part of a team.
• Has good communication and observation skills. Is able to promote the school's values and behaviour expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during lunch in the dining hall.
• Supporting children in the playground and encouraging positive play.
• Promoting good behaviour and ensuring safety and wellbeing of pupils.
• Assisting with minor first aid and reporting incidents appropriately.
• Helping to maintain a calm, orderly and inclusive environment during lunchtime.
